I had an amazing experience with Shanna for my lip neutralization session. I was very nervous going in and shared with her that I was unhappy with the dark color of my lips. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Shanna took the time to show me all of her tools and the different color options available. She carefully suggested shades and explained which color schemes would look best on me, which really helped ease my nerves. I also loved how personable she was — the calm music and relaxed environment made a big difference.

She never rushed the process and was very attentive throughout the entire session. The numbing cream she used was extremely effective; I honestly didn’t feel anything. When I started to feel a bit of discomfort, she immediately applied more numbing cream and gave me time to adjust. I really appreciated being given a mirror to check in periodically during the process.

The swelling went down the same night, and after applying Aquaphor, my lips looked moisturized and healthy. It’s only been three days so far, and I haven’t experienced any peeling yet.
